Reauthenticating A Device
What does -authenticate do?
The Re-authenticate feature allows users to reconnect a device to the WorkMax server or allow the device to reuse the invite code that was assigned during the initial device setup.
Note: The device code can be found on the “Info” tab of the Device Record in the WorkMax Control Center.
When should Re-authenticate be used?
Re-authenticate should be used when clock-in and/or clock-out Time Records are not being sent to the Control Center, even though the device has an active network connection.
Note: If an employee is required to reauthenticate multiple times per day or week, the company admin should contact WorkMax Support at support@workmax.com for assistance.
