1. Open
the WorkMax app on your device and pin in to the app.
2. From
the Forms menu, select Create/View Forms.
The Forms Manager
screen opens. Only completed forms are available to send in an email.
3. To
view completed forms, go to either the “Unsycned” or “Synced” tab.
4. Select
the form(s) you want to add by enabling the checkbox next to the form name.
5. Select
the [Share] button to open the email dialog box.

6. Complete
the Email Form screen:
a If you want to email the form to a user in the
WorkMax system, select the employee to from the Send to Employee field. This allows you to send to a
specific employee, based on what permissions you have.
b If you want to email the form to a user not in
the WorkMax system, enter the email address in the Send To Email Address field and tap [Add].
c In the text box, type an email.
d Tap [Send] to email the form.
7. A confirmation window appears when the form has been sent. Select [OK].
