Emailing Forms in the Mobile App

To email a form using the mobile app, click the FORMS option after pinning in.



This link will open up Forms Manager screen. Only completed forms are available to send in an email. To see how to Complete a Form refer to the article Submit a Form Using the Mobile App.


1a.  You can either select the form you want to send or 

1b.  Use the search tool to find the Form to be email. Start typing the desired template, employee, location, task, or asset to perform a search of the completed forms list in the Forms Manager on the mobile device.

2. Select the desired form by checking the check box next to the Form. Multiple forms can be selected.

3. Click on the Email Action button to open up email dialog box.


Complete the following fields:



  1. Select who will be receiving this Form.

  2. This area will auto populate the Form name.

  3. This field allows you to leave a message for the person/s receiving the Form.

  4. This is the Form that will be sent. You can click on the form to open it and view it one last time before you send it.

  5. If you choose to not send this for, select the X to cancel

  6. To send the Form select Send. 


  Cancel


1. Cancel will take you back to the email.

2. If you choose to not send this form, select Discard and it will delete the email.

3. Select Save, to save the email as a draft to complete at a later time. 


a. Delete Draft will close email dialog box and will open up Forms Manager

b. Save Draft will close the email dialog box and it will store the draft on your default email account.
