Mobile Device Menu

After you have entered your pin code on the device you will have a Menu at the top right-hand corner.


           
         


The following menu items are available under the Menu.



 



1. PIN- Selecting this takes you back to the Pin screen.
2. HOME- Selecting this takes you back to your home screen.
3. LOCATIONS- Selecting this allows you to set the default location of the device.
4. EMPLOYEE(S)- Selecting this provides a list of Employees you are able to manage.
5. SYNC (PUSH)- Selecting this sends all data from your device to the control center. A prompt will appear asking if you want to exclude Form or Time data when syncing.
6. SYNC (PULL)- Selecting this will update your app with any permission/role changes made in the control center, along with any edits made to Locations, Tasks, Assets, Employees, and Custom Lists.
7. SYNC FULL)- Selecting this will send all data from your device to the control center and update your device with any changes made to permissions and roles.
8. SETTINGS- Selecting this will take you to Auto Push, Auto Pull, Remember Selected Employees, Deep Logging, Reset Sync Data, Diagnostics and Clear Log File.


Note: All sync options on the app are hidden if the device does not have an internet connection.
