Troubleshooting the 'Location Services Are Required' Error When Clocking IN

This error occurs when users attempt to clock in without having location services enabled for the WorkMax mobile app on their device.

To resolve this issue, perform the following steps for your device type.

UPDATING DEVICE LOCATION SETTINGS - IOS

1.   Locate and tap Settings.

2.   Go to Privacy & Security  > Location Services.

3.   Locate and tap the WorkMax mobile app.

4.   Tap “While Using the App” or “Always.”

UPDATING DEVICE LOCATION SETTINGS - Android

1.   Go to Settings > App.

2.   Locate and tap the WorkMax mobile app.

3.   Tap Permissions.

4.   Tap Location.

5.   Tap “Allow all the time” or “Allow only while using the app.”

6.   Enable the Use precise location toggle button.
