SENDING AN ERROR LOG TO SUPPORT

WHAT ARE ERROR LOGS?

Error logs allow members of the support team to see detailed information about a device, including any issues that it may be experiencing.

Note: You should NOT send an error log unless you have been prompted to do so by a member of the support team.


SENDING AN ERROR LOG

1.   If possible, pin in to the app. Otherwise, skip to step 2.

2.   Tap the three bars in the upper-right corner of the screen.


 

3.   Tap Support.

4.   Tap Email Error Logs.

5.   You are prompted to send an email directly to support. Please describe what you were trying to do and the steps you took when the error occurred.
