User Roles: Forms

When creating a Forms User Role, carefully consider what level of access you would like to grant to the personnel in your company who will be responsible for building or filling out Forms.  Below is a table that defines each privilege that can be assigned to a Forms User Role.

 



Privileges
View
Edit
Execute
Form Builder
Grants access to view previously created Forms.
Grants access to edit existing Forms and build new Forms.

Form Submissions
Grants access to view submitted Forms.

Grants access to fill out and submit Forms.
Mobile Form Email


Grants access to email a form directly from the Mobile App where it was filled out.
