Auto Lunch at the Pay Group
Level
1.
From
any WorkMax window, go to Settings > Modules.
2.
In
the Modules window, go to Time > Pay Groups.
3.
Select one of your available pay groups to
expand the information. Enable the Auto-Lunch toggle and select [Save].
If you would
like Auto Lunch to be on or off at the employee level, you can override the Pay
Group in the Employee settings.
1.
From any WorkMax window, go to Settings
> Employee.
2.
In
the employee profile, select the Edit icon in the upper right-hand corner.
3.
Toggle the Use Autolunch Override option
to “Overridden” and select “Always Apply” to activate the auto lunch rules for
the employee, or “Never Apply” to deactivate the lunch rules. Select [Save]
when finished to keep all changes.
