Pay Codes
Pay Codes - To create a new set of pay codes click New and complete the following fields:

1. Name of the Pay Code set. Note that we can have multiple Pay Code sets apply to employees, jobs, unions, and companies through our pay groups.
2. Set pay code sets to Active or Inactive status.
3. Here you enter Pay Codes for up to 3 different shifts. The actual shift hours are set under Shift Rules.
4. Here you enter Pay Codes for holiday, sick, and vacation pay.
5. Make sure that you Save the Pay Codes that you just set up.
