Pay Groups




Pay Groups - Pay Groups allow you to create separate groups of employees that can have different rulesets, such as Shift Rules. To create a new pay group click New and complete the following fields:

1.  Name of the Pay Group.

2.  Set pay group to Active/Inactive Status.

3.  Select which of the Shift Rules applies to this Pay Group.

4.  Select if you would like to use Auto-Lunch for this Pay Group.

5.  Select what Shift you will be using.

6.  Select which Overtime Rules will apply to this Pay Group.

7.  Select which Pay Code sets will apply to this Pay Group.

     8.  Select which Pay Periods will apply to this Pay Group..

    Note: If an employee is not assigned a Pay Group, they will automatically be assigned whichever is the Default Pay Group.
