Asset Inventory

Introduction

We'll cover how to view asset inventory items. Asset inventory is a list of assets that employees may have permission to see that have additional details about each asset.

Prerequisites

An Asset user role with the inventory box checked, the new mobile app, and applicable asset permissions.

Viewing Asset Inventory Items

  1. After you've entered your pin number, tap "View Asset" on the home screen.
  2. Tap "Inventory" to view the assets you have access to view
  3. Details Screen

    3. Assigned Location
    4. Description
    5. Condition
    6. Barcode
    7. Manufacturer
    8. Model
    9. Serial Number
    10. Last Service Date
    11. Last Service Reading

    1. Purchased On
    2. Purchase Price
    3. Warranty Expiration
    4. Hourly Rate
    5. Daily Rate
