Assets for Mobile Inventory


To access your Asset Inventory on your mobile device start by pinning into the WorkMax app and selecting ASSET.


Select INVENTORY.



This screen shows a list of your Assets. The search bar and the barcode scanner (only works if there is a bar code on the Asset) are helpful in finding an Asset if the list is long.



To see more information about an Asset, select the information button on the right. Asset information will only be available if you have the correct User Role. Talk to your WorkMax admin for more details.



This screen shows basic Asset information. Press the Load Photo button to load a photo of the Asset. Asset photos can be added in the WorkMax Control Center.



If you select $ button, Asset financial information will be displayed. The $ button will only show if you have the correct User Role. Talk to your WorkMax admin for more details.



If you select the pencil button, Asset notes will be displayed.
