User Roles: Asset

When creating an Asset User Role, carefully consider what level of administrative access you would like to grant to the personnel in your company who will be responsible for managing assets.  Below is a table that defines each privilege that can be assigned to an Asset User Role.

Asset Inventory
Grants access to view the Asset Inventory.
Grants access to edit/add to the Asset Inventory.

Asset Notes
Grants access to view Asset Notes.
Grants access to edit/add Asset Notes.

Employee Assigned / Usage
Grants access to view Employee assigned Asset Usage Records.
Grants access to edit/add Employee assigned Asset Usage Records.

Report - Asset Assignment History


Grants access to running the report.
Report - Asset Inventory


Grants access to running the report.
Report - Asset Usage


Grants access to running the report.
Report - Employee Asset + Time


Grants access to running the report.
Report - Employee Assigned Asset

Report - Location Assigned Asset
