User Roles: System

When creating a System User Role, carefully consider what level of  administrative access you would like to grant to the personnel in your company who will be responsible for administrating the WorkMax system.  Below is a table that defines each privilege that can be assigned to a System User Role.

Account
Grants view only access to account information in Account Manager under the Settings menu. If left unchecked it will not display in the Settings menu.
Grants access to edit account information in Account Manager under the Settings menu.

Devices - Info
Grants view only access to Devices Manager under the Settings menu.  If left unchecked it will not display under the Settings menu.
Grants edit access to Devices Manager under the Settings menu.

Employee - Info
Grants view only access to Employee Manager under the Setting menu.  If left unchecked it will not display under the Settings menu.
Grants edit access to Employee Manager under the Settings menu.

Employee - Restricted Info
Grants view only access to the tabbed bottom panel of the employee record.  If left unchecked the bottom panel will not display.
Grants edit access to the tabbed bottom panel of the employee record.

Employee Reviews

Grants edit access to the Reviews tab.  If left unchecked, the Reviews tab will not display employee reviews.

Employee Roles & Permissions

Grants edit access to User Roles and Permissions (Permissions is located under the System Module.).

External IDs

Grants edit access to the External IDs of an employee record.

Location - Info
Grants view only access to Location Manager under the Settings menu.  If left unchecked it will not display under the Settings menu.
Grants edit access to Locations. 

Manage Integrations


Grants access to adding or editing integrations.  If left unchecked the Integrations Manager will not display under the Settings menu.
Manage Quickbooks


Grants view and edit access to Quickbooks integrations.
Module Settings
Grants view only access to the Module Manager under the Settings menu.  If left unchecked it will not display under the Settings menu.
Grants edit access to Modules.

Register / Update Employee Avatar

Grants access to loading/updating the photo on an Employee record.

Report - Task Information

Report - Device Information


Grants access to running the Device Info Report.
Report - Employee Information


Grants access to running the Employee Information Report.
Report - Job Information

Report - User Roles

System Labels


Grants access to editing the Label of Employee, Location and Task.
System Messages
Not used (Under development)


Tasks
Grants view only access to Task Manager under the Settings menu.  If left unchecked it will not display under the Settings menu.
Grants edit access to Task Manager under the Settings menu.

User Roles
Grants view only access to the User Roles Manager. If left unchecked it will not display under the Settings menu.
Grants edit access to the User Roles Manager.
