Module Settings

MOdule Settings

Modules are where certain types of accounting and company rules are set up. Once set up, module settings can be applied during the employee or location setup. 

1. Go to the Settings dropdown and select “Modules.” 


The three available Modules appear on the left side of the window:
  1. System
  2. Time
  3. Equipment

System

The System Module contains the following tabs:

  1. "General System Settings” (Appears when selecting the System dropdown).
  2. "Permissions”
  3. “Employee Groups”
  4. “Department”
  5. “Division”
  6. “Unit of Measure”
  7. “Custom Fields”

Time 

The Time Module contains the following tabs:



  1. "General Time Settings” (Appears when selecting the Time dropdown).
  2. "Pay Periods”
  3. “Overtime Rules”
  4. “Pay Codes”
  5. “Shift Rules”
  6. “Pay Groups”
  7. Custom Lists (Any lists made by the user)

Equipment / Asset

The Equipment/Asset Module contains the following tab:
