Control Center Release: 03/16/2023

Fixed - Duplicate Employee PIN Check Failure (gives ability to fix duplicate PIN)
Fixed - Inactive Employee Groups are still responding as if active (fix for inactive employee groups still behaving as if they are active)
Fixed - User Roles Parent Level Checkboxes Behavior (fix for parent level checkboxes in Time User Roles, the parent checkboxes will now check/uncheck all child boxes)
Fixed - Time Custom Field Name Change (fix for sync issue caused by changing custom field while employees are clocked in)
Fixed - CC Web Clock Error (fix for errors that appeared in certain circumstances during clock in)
Fixed - Custom Reports "Task Detail" (fix for issue that prevented this report from displaying data)
Fixed - Employee Time Card Sorting (ETC is now sorted by last name instead of employee code)
Fixed - Non-admin Productivity (fix for non-admins that could not see the entirety of productivity data)
Fixed - HTML pop-over (fix for tips and explanation popups)
Fixed - Process Batched Records UI Performance (performance improvements for processing records)
Fixed - Custom Reports Records Before Selected Date Range (fix for records appearing in reports that do not fall within the date range)
Fixed - Overlapping Shift Detection Productivity Records (fix for productivity records preventing batching of time records that occur on the same day)
Fixed - PE Lists Not Fully Searchable (drop-down lists in Productivity Editor are now fully searchable)


Note: Once released to the app stores, it could take up to 24 hrs. for the app to show up in the store.

  • Control Center: WorkMax utilizes an agile development process allowing our team to push performance enhancements, features, and fixes out to our customer's Control Centers multiple times throughout the month, ensuring WorkMax customers are always able to take advantage of the very latest and greatest technology.  

  • Mobile App: iOS and Android mobile app updates are typically every 1 - 2 months. With mobile app updates, we aim to maintain a healthy balance of delivering the latest and greatest feature enhancements to customers without overwhelming them with too many updates.     

  • Many features in WorkMax require both the Control Center and the Mobile application working together. As a result some features and fixes may require the next/pending mobile app release to fully gain all benefits.*
