ENHANCEMENTS

The following items have been Added:
  • WorkMax users now have access to Real Time Preview, a new feature that allows approvers to review employee timecards ahead of final processing.
  • Real Time Preview will not replace the time record processing function in WorkMax.
  • Rather than processing the time in the system, Real Time Preview provides users with an opportunity to understand how the final records will appear ahead of time before submitting final records.
  • The Real Time Preview feature in WorkMax will not place any excessive demands on servers or databases.
