Starting October 2, 2023, we'll be adjusting some features in the Help and Training Center as part of our transition to a new customer support software. As a result, Live chat and the ability to review past tickets will no longer be available as we work through this transition. Rest assured these features will be reintroduced at a later date.
During this transition period, we want to ensure you have continued access to the assistance you need. You'll still have the same access to our comprehensive help and training center knowledge base, which is available to guide you through any questions.
