Enhancement- Permissions Graph Performance Enhancement 

This change will improve your system's performance. Specifically, we have addressed performance degrading queries related to Permissions in WorkMax. We understand the significance of Permissions as a complex and valuable feature in our system, and we want to make sure it works seamlessly for you.
With this change, you can look forward to faster query times for permission data in WorkMax, resulting in improved overall performance for you and your team. We've thoroughly tested this update to ensure it meets the highest standards.
While we have been diligent in our testing, we also acknowledge that real-world scenarios may differ from our simulations. If you notice anything that seems off or experience any unexpected issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Our dedicated team will be available to assist you promptly and address any concerns you might have.

Starting now, for customers who were using the Full Access permission, this permission set will no longer be available. We have replaced the permission with a Full Access profile for these customers only.  Profiles are designed to offer you increased benefits and more control over your WorkMax permission usage.

 We believe that the Full Access Profile will provide you with an enhanced user experience compared to the previous Full Access permission. It's packed with useful features and capabilities, all aimed at making your work more efficient and productive.

WorkMax Release Cycle and Update Strategy:

 

  • Control Center: WorkMax utilizes an agile development process allowing our team to push performance enhancements, features, and fixes out to our customer's Control Centers multiple times throughout the month, ensuring WorkMax customers are always able to take advantage of the very latest and greatest technology.  

  • Mobile App: iOS and Android mobile app updates are typically every 1 - 2 months. With mobile app updates, we aim to maintain a healthy balance of delivering the latest and greatest feature enhancements to customers without overwhelming them with too many updates.     

  • Many features in WorkMax require both the Control Center and the Mobile application working together. As a result some features and fixes may require the next/pending mobile app release to fully gain all benefits.*
