Google Chrome is the preferred browser of choice for using WorkMax. It’s always recommended to keep your browser up-to-date.

Recommended laptops and desktops for Control Center login and usage as well as for ConnectMax.


  • Windows 10 or later with latest security updates / MacOS 10.14 or later

  • 8 GB RAM

  • At Least 2GB free storage

  • Quad core + processor

WorkMax uses ConnectMax to connect to your accounting database in order to sync your employees, locations, tasks and assets to the WorkMax Control Center. If your accounting database resides on a server, we recommend the following server specifications.


  • Windows 10 server or later with latest security updates

  • 8 GB RAM

  • At Least 2GB free storage

  • Quad core + processor
