WorkMax Status Page

The WorkMax Status page provides real-item information regarding the service status of WorkMax
applications.
You can use this page to view both current and past status information.

Status Bar


The status bar at the top of the screen displays the current status of WorkMax applications.

In the event of an outage, additional information appears under the status bar.

Statuses

There are six status levels:
  1. Operational: This status indicates that a service or system is fully functional and operating normally without any known issues or disruptions.
  2. Information: This status is used to provide general information or updates to users. It does not indicate any specific issues or disruptions to the service or system.
  3. Under Maintenance: This status is used when a service or system is temporarily taken offline for scheduled maintenance or updates. During this time, the service may be completely unavailable or have limited functionality.
  4. Degraded Performance: This status signifies that a service or system is operational but experiencing reduced performance or slower response times. Users may still be able to access the service, but it may still not perform at its optimal level.
  5. Partial Outage: This status indicates that a service or system is experiencing issues, but not all functionality is affected. Some aspects of the service may be unavailable or experiencing disruptions.
  6. Major Outage: This status indicates that a service or system is experiencing issues, and most or all functionality is affected. The service may be completely unavailable or have limited functionality.

Component Summary

The Component Summary section displays the current status of each WorkMax application.



Status Types
The status types are as follows
  1. Operational: Indicates that operation levels are normal.
  2. Informational: Provides information that is important to know, but may or may not be affecting the component in a negative way.
  3. Under Maintenance: The component is currently under maintenance.
  4. Degraded Performance: The component is experiencing some performance issues, such as long loading times or latency issues.
  5. Partial Outage: A section or specific process is experiencing a major issue within the component.
  6. Major Outage: The entire component is experiencing a large scale issue or outage.
