VIEWING THE STATUS PAGE
Status Bar
The status bar at the top of the screen displays the current status of WorkMax applications.
In the event of an outage, additional information appears under the status bar.
Statuses
There are six status levels:
- Operational: This status indicates that a service or system is fully functional and operating normally without any known issues or disruptions.
- Information: This status is used to provide general information or updates to users. It does not indicate any specific issues or disruptions to the service or system.
- Under Maintenance: This status is used when a service or system is temporarily taken offline for scheduled maintenance or updates. During this time, the service may be completely unavailable or have limited functionality.
- Degraded Performance: This status signifies that a service or system is operational but experiencing reduced performance or slower response times. Users may still be able to access the service, but it may still not perform at its optimal level.
- Partial Outage: This status indicates that a service or system is experiencing issues, but not all functionality is affected. Some aspects of the service may be unavailable or experiencing disruptions.
- Major Outage: This status indicates that a service or system is experiencing issues, and most or all functionality is affected. The service may be completely unavailable or have limited functionality.
Component Summary
The Component Summary section displays the current status of each WorkMax application.
Component Status History
The Component Status History section displays the status history of each WorkMax application.
The Uptime column displays the average uptime for the last 90 days.
The date columns are listed in descending order and display the status for that day.
Reviewing Previous Dates
The seven most recent dates appear by default.
To view additional dates, click on the arrow icons in the upper-right of the section.
