Uploading Media Using a Mobile Device

When you get to the upload media screen, you will see five different icons along the top indicating the different data formats to upload. The five data format types are audio, photo, text, video, and sketch. Here are the steps to uploading each:

Audio

When on the audio data manger screen, you will see the list of audio recordings that have been saved and are ready for upload.

To create a new audio recording click the iconat the bottom of the screen and complete the following fields:

1. Stop recording/stop playback.
2. Playback audio recording.
3. Title of audio recording.
4. Description of audio recording.
5. Begin audio recording.
6. Delete audio recording.
Click SAVE when finished.

Photo

When on the photo data manager screen, you will see the list of photos that have been saved and are ready for upload.

To add a photo from saved storage on the device, click the   icon at the bottom of the screen.
To take a photo with the camera click the  icon at the bottom of the screen.
To make edits to an existing photo, including markups, click on the desired photo and complete the following fields:

1. Preview of photo.
2. Title of photo.
3. Description of photo.
4. Replace photo with a saved photo on the device.
5. Replace photo with a new photo using camera.
6. Markup photo. See details below.
7. Delete photo.

To markup a photo click the   icon, and make desired marks after selecting line color and thickness:

1. Change line color.
2. Change line thickness.
Click SAVE when finished.

Text

When on the text data manger screen, you will see the list of text notes that have been saved and are ready for upload.

To create a new text note, click the icon at the bottom of the screen.
To modify an existing text note, simply click on the desired text note and complete the following fields:

1. Title of text note.
2. Text note content.
Click SAVE when finished.

Video

When on the video data manager screen, you will see the list of videos that have been saved and are ready for upload.

To record a new video, click the icon at the bottom of the screen.
To modify an existing text note, simply click on the desired text note and complete the following fields:

1. Playback video recording.
2. Title of video recording.
3. Description of video recording.
4. Replace video recording with a new video recording.
5. Delete video recording.
Click SAVE when finished.

Sketches

When on the sketches data manager screen, you will see the list of sketches that have been saved and are ready for upload.

To create a new sketch, click the icon at the bottom of the screen. Additional details below under Creating/Modify Sketches
To modify an existing sketch, simply click on the desired sketch and complete the following fields:

1. Preview of the sketch.
2. Title of the sketch.
3. Description of the sketch.
4. Modify existing sketch. See details below.
5. Delete existing sketch.

Creating/Modifying Sketches
When creating or modifying sketches, use the following tools:

1. Change line color.
2. Eraser.
3. Change line/eraser thickness.
Click SAVE when finished.
