Review and Approve TIME - Mobile App


        



  Review and Approve TIME:

Open the WorkMax app on your device. Enter your pin.



Select Time Review



        



Time Clock Record Approvals:


Select Review Time Clock Entries





There are two Time Clock review screens. Calendar View and Record View. You are taken to Calendar View first.







1. Switch to Calendar View.

2. Switch to Record View.

3. Push Sync Time to sync to the Control Center.


Calendar View can be used to quickly review time by day. From this view, you can sync however you cannot edit. 

To change days, simply click on the desired date in the calendar. To change months, swipe left or right on the calendar. 


To edit and sign off on time records we have to switch to Record View.


Sign Off    Once in Record View, check the box next to each record you want to sign-off on. 

 To select all records, tap the Select button in the top right corner. 

 This button will toggle between 'Select' and 'Deselect' when tapped. To deselect all records, tap the Deselect button.


 Depending on your user roles, a Manager sign-off, Employee sign-off, Delete, and Sync button will appear at the bottom.

 To add a sign-off, select which one of the two sign-offs you would like to perform.




     Using your finger or a stylus, sign your name in the grey box. When finished, select Accept or your signature will not save. To erase your signature, select Clear.

 




    

























Records that have been signed off will then have either a red or yellow check mark, signifying a Manager(red) or Employee(yellow) sign off has occurred



Records that have been synced will have a green 'sync' icon next to them. The sign-offs won't show up in the time editor until the record is re-synced.





Time Sheet Record Approvals:

Select Review Time Sheets




Open a Time Sheet by tapping anywhere in the highlighted area.




To add an Employee Sign Off, scroll to the right of the time-sheet and select the grey signature box in the row of the employee you'd like to sign off.




To add a Manager Sign Off, select as many employees as you'd like by selecting the checkbox next to their name. Then select Manager Sign Off.


Using your finger or a stylus, sign your name in the grey box. When finished, select Accept or your signature will not save. To erase your signature, select Clear.


Note - When finished adding sign-offs, you must tap Save Time Sheet at the bottom of the screen in order for your sign-offs and other changes to save.
