Requiring signoff on Clock OUT
We have added a new feature to force the signoff of time records when clocking OUT. This will allow an individual clocking out on a device to signoff on the time record at the time of clock OUT vs needing to go to Time Review to sign off on the time record.
To use this feature you will first need to ensure the device is updated with the latest WorkMax 2 Mobile app, 2.1.23.
To enable this:
Log into the Control center and go to employee's. Select an employee or you can go to Mass Assign to enable this for multiple employees.
Select the Employee's
Select Edit and enable the OUT Signoff .
Once enabled and the device is synced, the employee's will now show a quick review of the time captured on the device and require them to Signoff before continuing to clock OUT.
