Fixed- Employee Group Search on Mobile: When searching on Mobile the search was only applied to the Others List, not Employee Groups.
Fixed- Select All bubble showing in Time Sheets tab: Removed the bubble from the Timesheet Synced tab as it di not server any purpose.
Fixed- Time Sheet Mobile - Spanish Language: Added Spanish to the TimeSheet Entry screens
Fixed- Timesheet changing every allocated records hours when trying to edit one in 'Day' or 'Week' view. 
Fixed- Custom list auto populating with values after edits on the time record.
Fixed- Forms - Video and Audio Attachment: Ability to attach Audio or Video to a Form
Fixed- Cost code issues with App sync: When selecting a Task while syncing, if on the screen to long, the list would refresh and show all tasks, not what is available to the Location.
Fixed- Forms - Video attachments from iOS: Ability to attach a video to a Form.
Fixed- App Hangs on Confirm for iOS devices.
Fixed- App Not Responding To Global Location On/Off: Handling Location toggled on or off properly.
Fixed- Time Sheet Sort Order: Time Review for Timesheet was not properly sorted by created date.

 

New- Clock Out Forms Logic (smarter logic for required clock out forms. If the employee clocked in on the same device, it will use their most recent clock in location to decide form requirements on clock out, otherwise it uses the device's set location)

  • Control Center: WorkMax utilizes an agile development process allowing our team to push performance enhancements, features, and fixes out to our customer's Control Centers multiple times throughout the month, ensuring WorkMax customers are always able to take advantage of the very latest and greatest technology.  

  • Mobile App: iOS and Android mobile app updates are typically every 1 - 2 months. With mobile app updates, we aim to maintain a healthy balance of delivering the latest and greatest feature enhancements to customers without overwhelming them with too many updates.     

  • Many features in WorkMax require both the Control Center and the Mobile application working together. As a result some features and fixes may require the next/pending mobile app release to fully gain all benefits.*
