Mobile 2.1.27 - 12/15/22

Fixed - Facial Recognition Sync - Broken Images (forces the app to sync the time record before the photo, which will prevent problems with broken images or missing % number on the recognition)
Fixed Dismiss keypad by clicking white space (prevents keyboard from becoming stuck covering items using Time Sheet on iPhone)
Fixed Add Outline around Signature area for "Required Sign off on Mobile" (black box outline now shows the user exactly where they can touch for signature)
NewMobile Productivity Sheet User Role (the Insight User Role with execute privileges for ‘Productivity Sheet’ and ‘Use Insight Module’ is required in order to use Productivity Sheet on M2)
New -  Re-Implement Productivity Sheet (Productivity Sheet on mobile allows employees to add units completed for budgets that have time records received from other devices. This also allows completed units to be added to multiple budgets all in the same location in the app)

  • Control Center: WorkMax utilizes an agile development process allowing our team to push performance enhancements, features, and fixes out to our customer's Control Centers multiple times throughout the month, ensuring WorkMax customers are always able to take advantage of the very latest and greatest technology.  

  • Mobile App: iOS and Android mobile app updates are typically every 1 - 2 months. With mobile app updates, we aim to maintain a healthy balance of delivering the latest and greatest feature enhancements to customers without overwhelming them with too many updates.     

  • Many features in WorkMax require both the Control Center and the Mobile application working together. As a result some features and fixes may require the next/pending mobile app release to fully gain all benefits.*
