Where to find Timesheets? 


  • This Time Sheet will allow an Admin or User (with the time user role that has Time Sheet web checked off) to create time for Mutiple days at a time instead of the usual one day at a time. 


The Time Sheet allows you to create time for either a single employee or a whole group of employees for multiple days. (Perfect for holidays)

How to create a Time sheet? 


  • Once you have clicked New Timesheet, there will be two steps.

  1. First fill out the initial info (On this step you will be directed to a screen where it will make you choose a date range, location, start time, and employee.)
  2. Next add time  

  • Once you have all that information, you will click the next button, you will then be tasked with adding a task, or multiple and dividing up the hours to where they need to go. 

 

 


  • Once you have submitted this time sheet it will show up back in the Time Editor. This is where you will view the time that you have created once submitting it. 

How do I copy an already created time sheet? 


  • Copying a Time sheet is as easy as going to the recently submitted page, and hitting the copy button on the far right of any Time Sheet that you would like to copy.
