Mobile 2.2.4 - 06/27/23

Fixed - Location Path in My Time Polish (fix for long location names bleeding over the edge of the card on some widescreen resolutions)
Fixed Font Size Fixes (app will now ignore increases to system font size to ensure the user interface renders as intended)
Fixed - Task Edit List Perm Graph (fix for permissions enforcement in Time Review edits)
New - Remove Auto Registration (the yes/no popup for automatic registration on invite code screen is now removed)

  • Control Center: WorkMax utilizes an agile development process allowing our team to push performance enhancements, features, and fixes out to our customer's Control Centers multiple times throughout the month, ensuring WorkMax customers are always able to take advantage of the very latest and greatest technology.  

  • Mobile App: iOS and Android mobile app updates are typically every 1 - 2 months. With mobile app updates, we aim to maintain a healthy balance of delivering the latest and greatest feature enhancements to customers without overwhelming them with too many updates.     

  • Many features in WorkMax require both the Control Center and the Mobile application working together. As a result some features and fixes may require the next/pending mobile app release to fully gain all benefits.*

Fixed - Some devices unable to clock in/out with Auto-pull sync 

Note: Once released to the app stores, it could take up to 24 hrs. for the app to show up in the store.

Fixed - Time Review Facial Recognition Photos (Android devices will now show facial capture photos in Time Review, just like iOS)
Fixed Barcode Entry Forms Text Field (fix for barcode entry inside Forms text fields)
Fixed Time Review - Time Sheet Date (fix for Time Review to show the correct labor dates for Time Sheet instead of the created date)
Fixed - Deselect Employee Group w/ Select All (fix for using the select all radio button to deselect an Employee Group)
Fixed Timesheet Week Sort Order (fix for sort order in ‘Week’ view. Records will now be sorted chronologically)
Fixed Time Sheet Location Path (the ‘Save and Sync’ screen for Time Sheets will now show the parent/child location path for each record)
Fixed - Task List After Location Change (fix for incorrect task list behavior after changing selected location)
Fixed Recently Used Tasks (fix for task list showing too many options when using Recent list)
New - Styled-Components (new Dark-mode feature)
New - Auto Pull Sync Timer (with Auto Pull Sync turned on, the app will pull sync every 15 minutes as long as the app stays open with the screen on)
New Background Sync (when clocking In/Out and after pressing Confirm, once the “checkmark” screen appears it is safe to leave the WorkMax app. The time record(s) will sync in the background as long as the device has a good data connection. If there is not a good data connection the records may have to be synced manually later as usual)
New Nearby Locations (new option inside Settings, adds a ‘Nearby’ section to the top of the Locations list that will show up to 5 of the nearest locations within 10 miles of the device. Sorted by closest distance first)
New - Recent Location, Task, and Asset ((new option inside Settings, adds a ‘Recent’ section to the top of lists for Location/Task/Asset that will show up to 5 of your most recently used items. Sorted by most recently used first)
New Re-auth Preserve Data (if an invite code is mistakenly reused on a different device, you can use the ‘Re-authenticate Device’ option inside Advanced Settings menu to take back control of the invite code and resume syncing records)
New Show Job and Sub-Job on Time Module Card (the ‘My Time’ section of the home screen will show the parent and child location you are currently clocked-in to)
New - New GPS Tags (Time Editor will now have three different colors for the geofence globe icon/tag. Black: All GPS coordinates fall within geofence. Red: One or more coordinates fall outside the geofence. Orange: The mobile device was not able to give our app GPS coordinates in a reasonable amount of time. The orange globe will be a rare occurrence, such as when the device has had no service or signal for an extended period)
New Forms is removed for the requirement of clock in and clock out on iOS 16.2 
New - Units not saving on clock out (fix for units collected during clock out not syncing over)
