June 2024 Control Center Release Notes

JUNE 2024

ENHANCEMENTS


The following items have been updated:
  1. Created a new User Activity Report that allows admins to review user activity and license usage to properly audit their employees.
  2. Custom Reports now has an option to send a weekly report daily.
  3. Added a tag that shows records that overlap.
  4. Added an option to automatically send individual, employee-specific, reports to each employee included in the report. Employees will only receive their own records.

 

SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE

The following items have been fixed:
  1. Date range issues occurred when scheduling reports or selecting a specific date range for scheduling reports.
  2. When selecting a pay period the date range selection needs to show the actual range that the report is going to have.
  3. Reports run through Scheduled Reports for a second time may have appeared empty with no data.
  4. Improved load time of the Insights custom reports.
  5. Total Hours/% Units/% is now correct in the Productivity Report
  6. Total column in Time Editor did not filter totals correctly when selected. It now sorts the totals from descending to ascending in the correct order.
  7. Scheduled Reports now send per criteria in user setup
