Introduction
This tutorial walks through the Workflow for an individual employee when using timesheets. Not all employees and companies create timesheets the same way. We'll show the basics of setting up a timesheet for a single employee and the different options that you have available from top to bottom.
Prerequisites
A Time user with Timesheet turned on, the new mobile app, and applicable permissions.
Individual Employee Timesheet Workflow
After you've entered your pin number, tap the "Create Timesheet" button.
To create time, press the "Create Time +" Button. You can also copy from a previously created timesheet by press thing the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner of the screen and selecting "Copy Existing Time Sheet."
Employee dropdown field Since you are the employee filling out the timesheet, you are selected by default.
Start Time Default start time is set to 8:00 am. You can tap on the timebox to change the start time if you wish.
Total Hours You can change the total hours for the timesheet record which will change how much time is allocated below.
Time Allocation Area This area shows your different job, task, asset, and hour allocations. The default is 1 allocation for the set job on the device.
Change allocations Tap the right side of the allocated record to edit the record.
Editing allocations You change the hours, units, location, task, asset custom lists and add notes to an allocation on this screen. When you're done editing here, press the close button.
Adding additional allocations Tap "Add Allocation +" to add an additional allocation. Tap the right side of the new allocation to edit it.

Tap Time Review
Tap the Time Sheets tab
Select the Time Sheet you want to sync by tapping the left side of the record
Press the sync icon below
