Control Center Release: 02/08/24

Fixed:
  1. Filtering pickers don't show all entries.  Allow filtering on Non-Active items such as Employees in Time Editor and Productivity Editor.
  2. OT rules not working with closed records.  This will allow OT to use records that have been previously closed within the pay period to calculate against the weekly OT.  Please click here for additional information.--Removed as multiple customers experienced challenges batching and processing records.
  3. UI doesn't populate address on specific job.  This is if a Job/location was closed then reactivated via API the Address was cleared, this is now unchanged.
  4. Custom Reports : Some fields in Form Reports are blank.  All fields now populate
  5. Custom Reports Performance Improvements
  6. Allocations removing signatures, photos, etc.  When Allocating records, Notes, Pictures, GPS, etc. were removed.  This has now been resolved and these items will stay with the original record.
  7. Custom reports location.path data does not include the full path and the path includes an external code instead of the parent location and child list in a path format.  This data field will now show the full Location path.
  8. Imported Permission Manual Append.  Can now manually add Tasks to an imported permission and they will not be removed upon next update/sync of the permissions.
  9. Custom Report Data Source Button Disappears or Stops Working. This button is no longer inactive.
  10. Insight Refresh Button Broken.  This now refreshes upon click.
  11. Location UI Productivity Tab - Error when editing existing budgets
  12. Custom reports employee group filter not working.  Can now filter by Employee Group
  13. Custom Reports Parameter Editor : Will now use flat list instead of tree view for Performance.
  14. Update Data Source to include completed hours and units.
  15. Discrepancy tag is triggering incorrectly.  This tag will now only show when time is edited or manipulated from a device.  This change is based on clocked time vs server time collected at time of    collection.
  16. Overtime Rule Force Overtime to Weekend not working properly with Day When 40hrs
  17. Productivity Dashboard polish. Fixed filter searching to include all criteria.



Enhancement:
  1. Add Date Range Filter to Budget report in Custom Reports.  Adding a date range to the Budget Custom Report allowing for filtering down to a specific date range vs all budget data.  This will require a date range to run this report.
  2. Add Batch tags to tag filter. Added Processed and Closed tags to Filter list for Batched records.
  3.  Add employee pay group to mass assign for Employees.
  4.  Productivity Table polish.  Added Column header sorting and wrap text to Location and Task name fields.
  5. Custom Reports now have the ability to pull from a date range of Forms into a single report.
  6. CR management view not touch friendly. Can now use Custom reports on Touch screen devices.
  7. Custom reports signatures.  Signatures can now be included in Custom Reports
  8. Add sorting for code and name in Productivity tab of Location Menu.
  9. Time Between Shifts Report.  Added template to report on times between shifts in Custom Reports.
