Editing Time Records in Time Editor
To edit a time record in the Time Editor, Click on Time, then select Time Editor.
The Time Editor will open and will display all records within the set date range.
There are a couple of ways to select records. The easiest way is to simply click anywhere on the individual record. Any records you have selected will be highlighted. To deselect a record, simply click anywhere on the record again. Once you have selected your desired record(s), click Edit.
Note: Other ways to select records:
1. Select/Deselect all records on the current page.
2. Select/Deselect individual records.
3. Select all records across all pages.
4. Deselects all records across all pages.
The record is now in edit mode.
After editing the desired fields, make sure to click Save. If you wish to throw away the changes or delete the record, then click the corresponding button.
Editing Multiple Records
Editing multiple records works the same way as editing a single record. The only difference being you select multiple records to edit instead of one. Changes will then be applied to all selected records.
