Department
Under System the next option is Department:
1. Department is used so that you can organize your employees into groups. For example, you could use this to differentiate between office and field, Union vs. Non-Union or any grouping that you may require. Department is optional, so if you have no need to assign departments then this step can be skipped.
2. To create a new Department click the New (2) button. You will simply type in the name of the Department and then click Save to save it.
