Batch Conflicts Tab

In the Time Editor, there is a Batch Conflicts tab. When a user tries to batch a set of records and the batch contains conflicting/overlapping records, the problem records will appear here. The error message in the top right will indicate the problem that needs to be fixed.

Note: Records with conflicts will also show up the Open tab and they will be highlighted in red. The Batch tab simply makes it easier to separate and fix the problem records from the good records.

To fix/delete a problem record, select the desired record and click Edit.

Make the necessary changes and click Save or Cancel to discard the changes. Click Delete if you wish to delete the record.

Once all records have been fixed go back to the Open tab, select the records highlighted in red, and click Batch.

If there are still conflicts, the user will be taken back to the Batch Conflict tab where they can fix the problems and attempt to re-batch. If there are no conflicts, the user can proceed with the batch as usual.
