ASSETS for Mobile Devices:
To access Assets is to select Asset in your WorkMax Application.
You will be able to go over your company's Usage.
You will be able to see how your company is using the Assets.
1. Select the piece of equipment that you are going to track usage on.
2. Press Select.
Select the +.
1. You can copy for a previous Sheet that was used.
2. Name the Sheet.(Required)
3. Select a Location that it was used at.
4. Start Date.
5. How many days you are using the Asset.
6. The Default start time, you can allocate the time that the equipment was used.
7. The Default End time, you can allocate the time that the equipment was used.
8. How many hours was the equipment was used, you can leave this blank and manually enter the time in.
9. What task that this equipment was used for.
10. Shows the equipment that was used.
11. Click on the CREATE USAGE SHEET and this saves the sheet.
1. You can manually edit these ones by one, by clicking in the Green to make the changes that are needed.
2. Click in the box to make a check-mark appear. This will be for when you need to delete the equipment in that section.
3. Is what equipment that was selected.
4. Click in the box and manually enter the time that the equipment was used.
5. The i Icon will allow you to get o the usage details.
6.. Select the + to add more equipment.
7.. Click on the Red Trash Can to delete any of the checked information.
8. Selecting the Save Usage Sheet will save the sheet.
1. Here you can change the Task, by clicking the black arrow.
2. To change the Start time manually, click in the box and set the correct time.
3. To change the End time manually, click in the box and set the correct time.
4. To change the Actual Hours Used, click in the box and change the time.
5. To change the Reading, click in the box and add or change the time.
6. To ADD a Note select the Add note and a box will open up and add your note and select save.
7. Select Save, to save the all of the Usage Details.
