Creating an Asset Usage Sheet in the Mobile App

CREATING AN ASSET USAGE SHEET IN THE MOBILE APP

1.   Open the WorkMax mobile app and pin in to the app.

2.   From the Asset menu, select [Create Usage Sheet].

3.   Select [Create Entry +] in the upper-left corner of the screen.

The Edit Entry screen opens. 

4.   Tap the Assets field to select the assets for which you want to create the usage sheet.

a       Tap the checkbox of each asset you want to select. You can scroll or use the search bar to find assets.

b        Tap [Close].

      

      Note: Selections made in the following steps will be applied to all of the selected assets.

5.   Tap the Date(s) field.

a       From the Select Day Range calendar, select the day(s) the asset will be used. To select a date range, tap the first day of the range, then tap the last day of the range.

      Note: Time will be created for every day in a date range.

b        Tap [Save].

            

6.   Tap the Time field.

a     Adjust the start time as needed.

b      Tap [Confirm].

           

7.   Tap the Total Hours field and adjust total hours as needed.

Note: Total hours represent how many hours per day will be allocated to each asset selected.

8.   Select [Add Allocation +].

The Edit Allocation screen opens.

9.   In the Location/Jobs field, select the location/jobs for the allocation.

a      Tap the name of the location/job you want to select. You can scroll or use the search bar to find locations/jobs.

b     Tap [Close].

      

10.  In the Task field, select the task(s) for the allocation.

 

a        Tap the name of task you want to select. You can scroll or use the search bar to find tasks.

b        Tap [Close].

      

11.  Tap [Save] to add the allocation and return to the Edit Entry screen.

12.  If you need to change the total hours allocated to that job, tap the Hrs field and adjust the hours as needed.

13.  Repeat steps 8-12 to allocate time to a different job and tasks as needed.

14.  When all hours are allocated, tap [Save].

15.  Review the new usage sheet and save and sync as needed.

a       To fully submit the usage sheet select [Save and Sync].

b       To only save it on the current device, select [Save].
